    Work has begun on Phase 1 of our Track and Field Project.  We would like to thank our Board of Education and Superintendent for the great new facility that is coming to Workman!

    Phase 1 Includes:

    • Renovation of the grass field
    • Installation of an AstroTurf track around the new grass field
    • Renovation of the softball field

     

    Congratulations to our Girls' Basketball team who beat Baldwin Park 52-50 to improve to 7-5 on the season.

    Congratulations to Varsity Girls' Tennis Player Ashley Sanchez on her record breaking season.  She finished her season with a 28-2 league best record (43-6 overall)  She also took home the 2nd Place Medal at the Montview League Championships

    Renaissance Food Drive

    Our Annual Holiday Food Drive this year was a success!

    We would like to thank all of our Lobos who participated in the Holiday Food Drive.  We were able to collect 1041 food items for our HLPUSD families this Holiday Season. ALL food donations went to the HLPUSD Food Pantry at the New Horizons Caregivers Group, which has supported hundreds of HLPUSD families since 2006.

    The top classes this year in the collection were:

    1. Ms. Wicker: 361 Food Items

    2. Mr. Ulrich: 266 Food Items

    3. Mr. Gervais: 139 Food Items

    4. Mr. Blackshaw/Ms. Conley: 125 Food Items
